"They are cancelling my insurance over $8. I was a loyal customer.... paying my bill on time every month. They want to over charge me because a form I needed to sign came back late BUT I was Never informed by the girls in the office that there was a time limit and that even though they have the signed form... they're still trying to get money out me. So go ahead and lose a loyal customer over $8. Terrible. My dad has been with you guys for years and he's going to cancel his insurance too because this isn't fair. This office sucks.
*UPDATE: My 1 star changed to 5 stars. Last night I was shocked. A manager from state farm called me after normal business hours. Her name was Marie and she was the kindest, sweetest person and told me she wanted to make things right. I explained the situation and she was very understanding & she listened. I was blown away! Her customer service & customer retention skills are impeccable. She went above & beyond and I appreciate people like this, they are rare in the world. Marie if you see this...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING and Thank you for your kindness and understanding ❤️"
